REGAN'S REVIEWS
HER EYES
INDENTURED BRIDE
Indentured Bride is a remarkable tale with all the ingredients that keep the reader enthralled. Jenna and Brett are special characters that just bring warmth and sunshine into the heart. The reader cannot help but feel for them with all the events that play into their lives. The wagon train and the move out west was one that this reader could feel on the journey. Regan Taylor pens an extraordinary tale that is refreshing and intense. She creates a devilish villain in Julian that further mesmerizes the reader. I was so captivated with this adventure I wanted more.
From Anne K. Edwards:
Talented author Reagan Taylor tells us a tale of two wounded hearts from two different worlds and their search for happiness and safety. Will they find it or will Jennifer's past return to threaten her? Will she have to return to the house of the man she so detests?
I'm pleased to recommend this well told tale to any romantic or western romance fan who enjoys plenty of action. The story will pull you along as the realistic characters welcome you into their world. This is a tale that will leave you pleased at having read it and will have you looking for other books by this very able author.
JASON'S ACCORD (Previously called Miranda's Heart)
From Leah at Love Romances and More - 4-1/2 Hearts
Miranda’s Heart is an excellent example of what a futuristic romance should be: full of descriptive details and an wholly imagined universe. Ms. Taylor has written an outstanding novel and is to be commended for her great imagination! This reviewer would love to see additional stories set in this universe. This tale features a strong heroine whose strength is not immediately apparent but which grows throughout the tale and bursts forth at appropriate times. Many readers will be able to identify with elements of Miranda’s struggle for independence and her desire to find value in her own right. Jason is also a very appealing character and his torment over Miranda’s seeming lack of response to him makes him both vulnerable and endearing. Minor suspense elements as well as the great romance scenes round the novel out beautifully. The secondary characters add charm, wit and depth to the story line and emphasize the value of friends in our lives.
From Rose at Romance at Heart
Regan Taylor leads us into a world where sexual slavery rules, and yet there are some who fight the system. In Miranda’s Heart, Jason Dumont is just such a man, and as he is captured by Miranda’s innocence, so is his heart captured by her nature, and her plight. Little does he know Miranda is his destiny, just as Miranda is unaware of fate’s unusual plans for her. Each must learn hard lessons before they can truly love, and there is great ganger to them both if the lessons are not learned in time. He is caught by the black-haired blue-eyed woman, and is lost. Ages old instincts arise, causing him to want to protect her, keep her safe from the likes of Darius, who is a most dangerous rival. She is drawn to the handsome man who is the stuff of her dreams. Young, handsome, and if she weren’t his slave, weren’t forced to do his bidding in all things, she could find it in her heart to care for him. Miranda’s Heart is a poignant yet beautifully crafted tale, and it is a real keeper for those who love futuristic romance. It will be available soon from Mardi Gras Publishing, and is a book you will read over and over again. Jason and Miranda’s story will come alive in your mind, and you will find yourself looking for more. Kudos to Regan and her wonderful romance Miranda’s Heart.

When
I first started this book, I was not hoping for much. Can you tell? This story
line has been used by erotica writers for a decade. Regan Taylor surprised me.
She made this fresh again. The characters are fully developed. True tenderness
rises between the couple. The world was also fully developed.
If you are looking for your standard sex slavery book, this isn't it. The
emphasis isn't on sex. If you are looking for a high grade romance, look no
further. B+ It would've gotten an A but I couldn't quite do it because of the
predictable plot. Regan Taylor has talent. I will be watching for more.
From Romance Reviews Today
Regan Taylor writes with stylish smoothness about interesting characters and gives credence to what could have been a totally disastrous chain of events. I like Jason's Accord very much and recommend it. Reviewed by Vi Janaway
From Two Lips Reviews
Regan Taylor has created a man, so sweet, kind, and considerate, that you’ll wish he was yours for the taking! While the subject of slavery may be somewhat controversial, it is a norm for the Martan culture and Jason treats Miranda well. So well in fact, that I challenge any woman not to fall in love with Jason by the end of Miranda’s Heart.
Watching Jason and Miranda get used to one another and fall in love brings to mind the word “cherish.” Their feelings for each other, expressed in their own individual ways, will warm your heart as you cheer them towards a happy ending. With suspense, intrigue, and odious villains, Regan Taylor provides her readers with hours of entertainment. Once I started, I couldn't stop reading until I had finished the entire book. I highly recommend reading this wonderful novel from the talented Ms. Taylor! Reviewed by Kerin
FROM TERESA AT FALLEN ANGELS:
Ms. Taylor created a
new world while using situations like prejudice and intolerance that are
easily understood by everyone. Miranda is a very strong woman who has to
endure terrible odds that would crush the average person. Jason, in
spite of all his flaws, is a kind man who has never found the one thing
that he needs most, he love of a strong woman. The love scenes between
Miranda and Jason are very erotic, but underneath that is a core full of
poignant caring. Thanks goes to Ms. Taylor for creating such an
inspiring book.
The True Story of the Wicked Witch
5 HEARTS FROM LEAH AT LOVE ROMANCES AND MORE
Ms. Taylor’s twist on the classic fairy tale Hansel and Gretel is an absolutely fabulous romp of a tale that is hilarious and deliciously sexy. This imaginative retelling of the story from the viewpoint of the witch will set the world of fairy tales on its ear for years to come. This reviewer would love to see Ms. Taylor continue to rewrite other tales featuring witches as well, especially since several were mentioned in this story. Deena is a funny exaggeration of the office “sex bunny” we have all experienced at some point in life and her desire for a husband would be pathetic in the hands of a less deft author. Ms. Taylor’s inclusion of her real life cat as a main character was clever and amusing as well. ....Ms. Taylor has a winner on her hand with her first offering, and this review looks forward to reading many more in the future. Highly recommended! http://Loveromancesandmore.com
4 ANGELS FROM LENA C. AT FALLEN ANGELS
As an avid reader, I have come across favorite characters before and have to say Regan Taylor knows how to change a childhood fairytale in an erotica manner that sparks your imagination from the first page. We all know the story of Hansel and Gretel but it takes a devious and smart author like Regan Taylor to shows us readers their true colors outside the story. I liked the fact that you have Hansel and Gretel plus other characters that try to understand their story within the context of their lives. Another thing that interested me about this book was to find out how Regan Taylor could pull this is off. I just have to say she did it brilliantly. I would never have imagined the idea behind the story, this is truly a great story to read on a cold night or any night just for the fun of it.
FROM SHERYL AT SENSUAL - ECATAROMANCE
I loved this book, it raises the heat, all without using the oven, and leaves the reader thinking, well maybe it did happen like that? Regan Taylor has written a tale that twists not only the view but also leaves the reader reaching for something to cool down with. Fairy tales are for children but this version is strictly for adults as it makes the imagination work overtime. I loved most of the characters in this book, especially the cat, Melvin. I wouldn’t mind a cat like him in my life. Twisted? Certainly. Entertaining? You bet and if you love your fairy tales twisted for adult perusal then this book is a must have, you won’t be disappointed at all.
FROM ISABELLE AT ROAD TO ROMANCE EROTIC
A decidedly twisted take on a well known fairy tale, THE TRUE STORY OF THE WICKED WITCH alternates between the story that Molly is telling to Derek and Deena (which parallels their relationship in an uncanny way) and the story of what is happening in the present. There is a lot of sex, a lot of teasing innuendo and a twist to the story you won't find in any children's book. The characters are well developed, though to be honest, the only ones I really liked were Molly and her shape shifting familiar, Melvin. Derek and Deena were too dishonest with each other for me to truly like either of them. For a shamefully sexy and often humorous tale, check out THE TRUE STORY OF THE WICKED WITCH.
SPELL
Rita Finalist and Holt Medallion winner Jasmine Haynes, aka Jennifer Skully (J.B. Skully) has this to say about Spell:
I would like to take this opportunity to say I enjoyed the book very much. I am a fan of paranormal romance and I love the reincarnation theme. In fact, I would love to see more romances on the subject versus the usual shapeshifters and vampires. I felt Regan covered the reincarnation theory very logically, allowing the reader to suspend disbelief (if one doesn’t believe in reincarnation). The love story between the hero and heroine drew me in, and it’s progression was completely believable. In the beginning, the heroine is involved in another relationship, and I felt Regan handled the evolution of the change in the heroine’s emotions about her current lover versus her “soulmate” with sensitivity. She created well-rounded characters.
4 HEARTS FROM VAL AT LOVE ROMANCES AND MORE
SPELL ACROSS TIME will cast a spell upon its reader and hold her captive until the very last page. Regan Taylor has written a magical story with well defined characters and a plot that is so exciting that the reader will be frantically turning those pages. Emotions are running high in this excellent story. This reviewer was so very tempted to rush ahead to the last few pages to see which man would have Kelly’s heart but she was glad she didn’t. Ms. Taylor manages to keep the reader guessing back and forth on who the stalker is. She never lets up for one page and when the reader thinks she’s finally got it clear, something happens to make her doubt again. This reviewer loved the way the author entwined the historical scenes between the story giving the reader a glimpse of the back story and exactly what is plaguing Kelly. Readers that love mystery with a generous dash of paranormal will love this story. Regan Taylor is an author that is going places!
4 FROM JANET AT ROMANCE AT HEART
I always like a book that gets me interested in the first couple of sentences. The prologue was excellent. I also like and believe in the concept that you can be drawn to someone so strongly that you will go against logic to follow your heart.
If you believe in soul mates, witches, reincarnation and karma then Spell Across Time: The Pentacle will appeal.

ROM VI AT ROMANCE REVIEW TODAYSPELL ACROSS TIME: The Pentacle is a complicated tale that could have been a jumbled mess, but instead is a well-written, excellent read. Regan Taylor is a master story-weaver and doesn't let any of the threads tangle. She keeps characters and events on track with ease. Kelly and Ryan throw caution to the winds when they give in to the attraction that pulls at both of them. Danger abounds and Kelly has to survive, something that becomes difficult when she is no longer sure whom to trust. Almost unbearable suspense keeps the reader turning pages. I recommend SPELL ACROSS TIME: The Pentacle.
5 ANGELS FROM LINDA AT FALLEN ANGELS
Spell Across Time: The Pentacle blends just the right seasoning
of witches, karma and just a touch of reincarnation with the characters,
to keep the readers interest and the pages turning. Kelly, Susan and the
other characters are appealing and diverse in their own special way.
Kelly is a courageous woman, no matter what all is tossed her way. She
still shows vulnerability when being stalked but I found her to be a
fighter as she engages in the battle to find the stalker. Ms.
Taylor’s ingenuous plot and riveting reincarnation, and the drama
that unfolds, had this reader on the edge of her seat. At times, I felt
like I had the person nailed that was after Kelly then some twist in the
story would occur throwing me off in this fulfilling read.
4 RIBBONS FROM CHRIS AT ROMANCE JUNKIES
A fantastic 4 ribbons: Regan Taylor has an extraordinary gift for suspense. Generally a good judge of character, I could barely keep track of all the times my loyalties and suspicions between characters flip-flopped. I found myself thoroughly ensconced in the plot, lost in the question of Kelly’s true love, lost in trying to figure out who each of the players in the present day represent in the “other life” flashbacks, and constantly backtracking to prior pages to verify mention of the Pentacle.
Regan Taylor’s SPELL ACROSS TIME will have you foaming at the mouth trying to figure out who’s who in this wonderfully intriguing love story, not to mention warming your heart at the idea that true love will always find a way, even across eons of time. SPELL ACROSS TIME is a read you cannot pass up, and will no doubt haunt you ever after!
FROM KERIN AT TWO LIPS

it seems so you’ll be wracking your brain trying to predict what’s going

magic that’ll have your heart pounding and your mind racing! 4 Lips. FROM LINDA MORELLI AT MY SHELF: Who is out to kill her? And why? Regan Taylor's Spell Across Time is an
edge-of-your-seat romantic suspense. The characters are all
well-developed and the paranormal elements kept me
spellbound until the very end. If you love an excellent
mystery and an even greater romance, you will love Spell
Across Time. I look forward to reading more from this
highly talented author.
TREASURES ANTIQUE STORE: THE PHOTOGRAPH
FROM AMANDA KILLGORE:
FROM PAM AT LOVE ROMANCES AND MORE -- 5 HEARTS
TREASURES ANTIQUE STORE is a delightful tale of two lonely people whose fantasy is fulfilled. The hero is a wonderful mix of charm, warmth and manners. Thrust suddenly into another place and time his frustrations and wonder are vividly brought to life. The very vocal black cat is an integral part of the characters, and adds another layer to the story. Sensual sex scenes, undying love and affection, with an interesting setting make this a pleasure to read. The conflicts are many, but never confusing and slowly brought to a stunning resolution, one this reviewer thought perfect. The action and dialogue was easy to follow, leaving the reader knowing what was happening and why. The author has written an original story, with a fresh voice and some unexpected surprises. This reviewer will look forward to reading Arthur Merle’s next glitch in time.

FROM LINDY AT TWO LIPS -- 4 LIPS
This is a very tender story of true love that defies time and space. Not only do I love a good time travel tale, I was also utterly smitten with love for Black Eagle, the dreamy hero. He is strong and sexy, but never overbearing or stubborn, like so many other heroes I have read. He’s a keeper for sure. Carries internal struggle to fight her attraction to Black Eagle, at the risk of feeling too much and losing him, is a very legitimate concern and is very well done. Overall, this was a fantastic read. I would be very interested to read any more books from what looks like a very promising series.

Carrie Taylor is an incurable romantic. Carrie is an inveterate
reader of romances and often indulges in daydreams of the perfect
man, although she is sure no man like the one she wants exists.
THE PHOTOGRAPH is so romantic it made my heart go pitter-pat. Black
Eagle and Carrie are meant for each other. They share a love that
transcends time and space and is sweet, gentle, and all-encompassing
in its intensity. Regan Taylor knows all the right buttons to push
in this lovely, passionate story as she takes us on a journey of
discovery and dreams with style and grace. Her characters are quite
believable, and I found no flaws with the logic presented. Carrie's
roommate, Molly, and her boyfriend, Vincent, are good friends to
Carrie and Black Eagle and help them stay safe. Such good surprises
await the reader who settles down with this book. It is the kind
that one keeps on the favorites shelf to be read again and again. I
recommend it.
